I try to capture the vibrancy I feel inside me infused with energy and passion. It's important to look at things in a different way, to feel what's going on and delight in the experience. I want to let people discover this for themselves. I can only show them a little bit of me through what I paint, it is left to the other person to absorb that and to appreciate how it affects them, how the feeling penetrates them, what sensation it actually transcribes. When you paint you need to know how to translate what you feel, how to identify the feeling and be able to get it out in the right way, how to express it, to choose what you are fully about. I want people to feel like my painting completes something about who they are. I want to have the ability to move people.

• I studied fashion and design in England before dedicating to painting full-time.
• On leaving school I studied art at the Chesterfield College of Art and followed that with a BA in fashion and design at the University of the Arts, London..
• On graduating I launched my own floral design company, The Box Tree, in London but after three years decided to return to painting full-time.
• I work with a wide range of materials in both representational and abstract forms.
• I have lived full-time in Ronda for the past three years and have staged seven exhibitions here since my arrival.

Intento capturar la vibración que siento en mi interior infundida con energía y pasión.
Es importante ver las cosas de un modo diferente, sentir lo que ocurre y deleitarse con la experiencia.
Deseo que la gente descubra esto por sí misma. Yo tan solo puedo mostrarles algo de mí a través de lo que pinto, y dejarles que lo asimilen y sientan como les afecta, como la emoción se apodera de ellos y qué sensación les transmite realmente.
Cuando pintas, necesitas saber cómo interpretar lo que sientes, cómo identificar tus sentimientos y ser capaz de hacerlo de la manera más adecuada, cómo expresar la esencia.
Quiero que los otros sientan que mi pintura completa algo de ellos mismos.
Quiero tener la capacidad de conmover.

• He estudiado Diseño de Moda en Londres antes de dedicarme a pintar.
• También he estudiado Arte en el Instituto de Chesterfield y he conseguido mi título en Diseño de Moda en la Universidad de Artes, Londres.
• Después de conseguir mi título tenía mi propia floristería, 'The Box Tree', en Londres y después de tres años siendo autónoma he decidido dedicarme a ser pintora.
• Trabajo con una gran variedad de materiales, tanto en arte abstracto como figurativo.
• Llevo tres años viviendo en Ronda y he tenido siete exibiciones propias.
